Michael Panarisi and Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency Executive Director Ed Carter sign an update of the 1991 memorandum of agreement (MOA) between the two agencies Aug. 11. TWRA manages a Wildlife Management Area (WMA) on the base under the approval of the base commander through the five-year Integrated Natural Resources Management Plan (INRMP) and two-year work plans.
