Mr. Brandon W. Lucy is Chief of the Test and Base Communications Branch, Arnold Engineering Development Complex, Arnold Air Force Base, TN. The Branch provides for the asset management, improvement & modernization, and test support for the Instrumentation, Data, and Control systems used for the AEDC Test Division mission. In addition the Branch provides Information Technology and Communications services for Arnold AFB. To support this mission, Mr. Lucy oversees the work of a multiple support contractors and Air Force civilians. He has a diverse experience set at AEDC since coming on duty in 2003 including Test Technology development and Test Analysis, Turbine Engine Development Test management, PMO involvement in multiple services acquisition source selection efforts, Test Asset Maintenance, and Test System Capital Improvement projects. Prior to entering civil service, Mr. Lucy gained approximately one year engineering experience within the automotive manufacturing industry.
