Ms. Carrie McGrew is the Civilian Leader for Services at Arnold AFB, Tennessee. She oversees morale, welfare and recreation programs to include sustainment and community services for 300 active duty and civilian assigned personnel. She is responsible for 62 personnel, $1.4M in gross non-appropriated fund revenue, a $590.500 appropriated fund operating budget, and $2.1M in tracked assets across 8 activities and 47 facilities.
Prior to her assignments in Tennessee, Ms. McGrew was assigned to the Manpower, Personnel and Services Directorate, Air Force Global Strike Command, Barksdale AFB, Louisiana as Resource Advisor and Tasker Management Tool Manager. She controlled 900 directorate tasks per year, provided oversight of five command wide program elements for six bases and headquarters, managed funding of a $1.8M five-base military personnel contract, and secured $820,000 in unfunded initiatives across the Command, improving service for 33,000 personnel.
Ms. McGrew originally hails from East Tennessee and began her Air Force career as a Services Officer, spending the majority of her time in Services, Protocol, and Force Support. She has served in a variety of unit and staff positions in AETC, AFGSC, AFMC, AMC, PACAF, and USAFE, and deployed multiple times in support of USCENTCOM.
