MR. VINCE CHAPMAN

Mr. Vincent Chapman is the Inspector General at Arnold Engineering Development Complex, Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee and serves as the Commander’s principal advisor on Air Force Complaints Resolution and Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) programs.
