Dr. Steinle
Dr. Frank Steinle works on long-range planning in Aerospace Testing Alliance's (ATA) facilities and test techniques section of the technology branch. ATA is the support contractor for AEDC. Dr. Steinle is currently working on the development of a new clean air heater for establishing test conditions in continuous flow wind tunnel and blow down ground test facilities.
