AEDC hosts annual TERRA conference

Arnold Air Force Base, Tenn. -- Arnold Engineering Development Center (AEDC) recently hosted the annual Tennessee Employment Relations Research Association (TERRA) conference at the Arnold Lakeside Center.

AEDC's Tom Quatrini said the annual event is a forum to bring management and labor from middle Tennessee together to discuss current work-related issues that impact both sides and to find common ground on approaching those challenges.

Quatrini; Aerospace Testing Alliance's labor relations branch manager, Jimmy Dale Nance; Air Engineering Metal Trades Council (AEMTC) president; and Bill Hane, an AEMTC grievance committee member, were among approximately 40 other participants who took part in this year's TERRA conference.

Quatrini said the conference was "very worthwhile and provided an update on a range of labor-management-related current events, changes in laws and regulations."
