Arnold Engineering Development Center Commander, Col. Art Huber, recently announced who his successor will be to Team AEDC.

"It has been my great privilege to be your commander since my family and I arrived at Arnold in December 2006," said Colonel Huber.

"Every day you have amazed me with your skill, ingenuity, and commitment to excellence. Nevertheless, as you well know, command is but a temporary thing and the time is coming that I must turn over the reins to my successor."

"My replacement will be Col. Michael Panarisi who is currently the 412th Operations Group Commander at Edwards AFB, Calif.," said Colonel Huber.

Colonel Huber will relinquish command to Colonel Panarisi during a change of command ceremony tentatively set for July 13. After relinquishing command, Colonel Huber will become commander of the 312th Aeronautical Systems Wing at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.

"I am confident Col Panarisi will do great things during his command tour here, but as I have learned first-hand, it will only be because of the superb workforce he will be working with at AEDC," said Colonel Huber. "Until then, I sincerely look forward to my final months at AEDC and continuing our tremendous support to this great nation."
