Klingensmith receives William M. Dunne People’s Choice recognition

ARNOLD AIR FORCE BASE, TENN. -- Gene Klingensmith, an AEDC aerospace engineer, recently received the William M. Dunne People's Choice award for outstanding support for the AEDC Aeropropulsion Ground Test Branch.

A nomination for the award cited Klingensmith for his initiative and selflessness in managing turbine engine testing and lending his engineering expertise to test projects.

He also met 100 percent of the test objectives and assisted in saving $1 million in testing.

Klingensmith has worked for AEDC 20 years.
