ATA donates to Tennessee College of Applied Technology
Aerospace Testing Alliance (ATA) donated $1,100 recently to the Tennessee College of Applied Technology-Shelbyville. The money will be used to construct motor process control trainers for the class. According to Industrial Electricity Instructor Shannon Long, the trainers will help in teaching the students motor controls, process controls and troubleshooting skills. “This will also help me bring in more up to date products to give my students an edge,” Long said. “It is our goal to become the leading industry provider for future electricians.”
