Yates and Nelson promoted to master sergeant
Master Sgt. Heather Yates (left) and Master Sgt. Jason Nelson were promoted to the rank of master sergeant during a ceremony at Arnold Air Force Base on Dec. 5. Yates’ assignment at Arnold began on Aug. 10, 2013, and she has been an officer in the Air Force for 16 years. Nelson’s assignment at Arnold began on Jan. 31, 2014.
