AEDC issues notice of controlled burning today and tomorrow

ARNOLD AIR FORCE BASE, Tenn. --  If you are driving along Wattendorf Highway today or tomorrow, expect to see some smoke. Officials at Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) are doing some controlled burning. It started today and will continue until about 3 p.m. tomorrow. AEDC Safety will be monitoring the situation throughout the burn.

Drivers should expect reduced visibility with the smoke continuing into the nighttime hours.
