Brown, president of SEBA® Solutions, Inc., will be speaking for the Southern Middle Tennessee Branch of the Chattanooga Project Management Institute (PMI) Chapter Aug. 15 at UTSI's waterfront restaurant, The View. Dr. Brown is a registered education provider for PMI and has provided project management training for many companies nationally and internationally. He has 16 years of NASA experience which includes hands-on experience as a team member and project manager and serving in executive level organizational leadership roles. Dr. Brown has served as a subject matter expert for a leading project software vendor and is the author of The Handbook of Program Management published by McGraw-Hill.
