Navy Cmdr. Todd Wilson, commanding officer of the VFA-137 Kestrels at Naval Air Station Lemoore, Calif., speaks to family, friends and guests attending a dedication ceremony of the F/A-18A Hornet display aircraft at Arnold Engineering Development Center in honor of a fallen aviator, Lt.
