Whistle while you wash

The Top III annual plane wash was held Sept. 22, at the F/A-18 in front of gate 2. The “Lucky Top 5 and bottom 2” which included Mike Arnold, Tom Potuck, Lt. Col. James Colebank, Stephen George, Master Sgt. Rocky Jones, Joshua Johns and Peter Medzis. This group received the most votes from their fellow AEDCers to wash the F/A-18 static display. The fundraiser was a success generating over double the amount from the previous year. The Top III Association, which represents all senior non-commissioned officers at AEDC, raised approximately $2,250.00 – the highest amount raised to date. “The fact that the Arnold AFB community was able to give this type of support, especially in this time of economic uncertainty is a real tribute to the type of people we have here at Arnold AFB. I am very proud to be a part of this awesome team,” Master Sgt. Patrick Lazarus, Top III president, said.
