Arnold Engineering Development Center (AEDC) Contracting Officer Alan Fudge answers a question from Jane Davis, with DavisGroupe, about business opportunities at Arnold during the first of a two-day Federal Funding Seminar in Manchester. DavisGroupe, a business based in Murfreesboro, has partnered with a service disabled veteran-owned small business to produce LED lights.
