Sharing history

(Right) Master Sgt. Kimberly Pfender, law office superintendent at Arnold, was an active participant in Arnold’s annual VA Picnic, coordinating the collection of donations for goody bags from the community through the Arnold Community Council with the help of the local area Chamber of Commerce and Tennessee’s U.S. Marine Detachment 1128. Here she is seen listening to Ike Stewart, a former Navy Chief Boatswains Mate, as he describes the time he served in the Florida Keys when he was in charge of the commissary there. Stewart lives at the VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System's Alvin C. York Murfreesboro campus. (Photo by Rick Goodfriend)
