EAGLES soar at AEDC
Aerospace Testing Alliance (ATA) Deputy General Manager Phil Stich recently spoke to the Integrated Test and Evaluation Department's Encouraging Ambition and Generating Leadership Excellence (Eagle) program group about juggling priorities. EAGLE is a career development group consisting of 22 participants selected by IT&E management and focuses on further developing leadership skills for engineers who have already exhibited leadership potential.
