AEDC commander recognizes 'eagle-eyed' team members

Paul Buckner, right, is recognized by AEDC Commander Col. Scott Cain. Buckner, a machinist at Arnold Air Force Base, was recognized for calling for an Aerodynamic and Propulsion Test Unit pump to be shut down after observing an abnormal sound from the pump, a move that is credited with preventing catastrophic failure.
