Engineers train to troubleshoot
Sean Daily, an instrumentation, data and controls engineer with aeropropulsion at Arnold Air Force Base, and works on a troubleshooting exercise during a class April 18 at the University of Tennessee Space Institute on programming and troubleshooting General Electric programmable logic controllers. AEDC Test Operations and Sustainment contractor, National Aerospace Solutions provided the week-long technical training course aimed at new instrumentation, data and controls engineers. The PLCs are used across all mission areas to control test and plant systems. Another class will be offered in June. Ten engineers can be trained in each class. (U.S. Air Force photo by Jill Pickett)
