Earlier this year, Joe Coblish was named site director of Arnold Engineering Development Complex Hypervelocity Wind Tunnel 9 in White Oak, Maryland. Coblish began his career at Tunnel 9 and has worked there for more than 20 years. His previous job titles at the facility include test projects engineer, lead projects manager and deputy director.
