Arnold Air Force Base marks 76th birthday of U.S. Air Force in style

Lt. Col. Eric Withrow, left, and 2nd Lt. Patrick Robbins cut the Air Force birthday cake Sept. 9, 2023, during the Arnold Engineering Development Complex Air Force Ball. The ball, hosted by the Company Grade Officers’ Council at Arnold Air Force Base, Tenn., headquarters of AEDC, was held at the Manchester/Coffee County Conference Center to coincide with the celebration of the U.S. Air Force’s 76th birthday.
