Arnold Air Force Base marks 76th birthday of U.S. Air Force in style
Jay Strobino speaks to attendees of the Arnold Engineering Development Complex Air Force Ball Sept. 9, 2023. Strobino, guest speaker for the event, shared his story of being shot 13 times by an enemy solider in 2006 while serving with the U.S. Army in Iraq and his subsequent recovery.
