Phone upgrade on the horizon for Arnold AFB personnel

Drew Savelle, telecommunications technician for the Base Communications and Information Technology contractor at Arnold Air Force Base, Tenn., sets up a new Avaya Voice over Internet Protocol, or VoIP, phone set in the Carroll Building at Arnold AFB on Sept. 17, 2024.
