Arnold AFB celebrates Air Force 78th birthday with annual ball

Arnold Engineering Development Complex Commander Col. Grant Mizell welcomes attendees to the 78th Anniversary Air Force Ball at Arnold Lakeside Complex, Arnold Air Force Base, Tenn., Sept. 13, 2025. The ball, hosted by the Arnold AFB Company Grade Officers’ Council, is an annual event held around the birthday of the U.S. Air Force to commemorate Airmen, celebrate service and reflect on the proud heritage of the U.S. Air Force.
