Winchester native Ted Boswell receives ATA award Published Dec. 22, 2008 By 208125 Arnold Air Force Base, Tenn. -- Winchester native Ted Boswell, an Aerospace Testing Alliance (ATA) working foreman for Arnold Engineering Development Center (AEDC), was recognized as a craft employee of the quarter. Boswell was recognized for using his leadership abilities to safely lead crews to accomplish the mission in the Propulsion Wind Tunnel area to meet test obligations in the 4-foot and 16- food transonic wind tunnels. He is a leader among the craftsmen, always taking charge of work that needs to be accomplished whether it is small or large tasks. He delivers professional and technical excellence while dealing with our test customers during all phases of model buildup, test and removal assuring that they receive quality workmanship and products. He continually seeks to improve the way of doing business and supplying excellence to our customers. Boswell has worked at AEDC for 31 years. -AEDC-
