Murfreesboro native Kathleen Comer receives ATA award

Murfreesboro native Kathleen Comer, an Aerospace Testing Alliance (ATA) lead for systems management server for Arnold Engineering Development Center (AEDC), was recognized as a department employee of the quarter.

Comer was recognized for her continued support to the Help Desk. AEDC computers get constant monitoring, patching and updating; Comer makes sure all this happens and happens correctly.

She also helps many of us each day when they call into the computer help desk.

Many of the calls go to her, to fix patches that have been updated on the computer.

With her precise monitoring skills, she can catch many problems even before they actually happen. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable in her work, she is courteous, patient and kind to everyone who calls or needs her assistance.
Comer has worked at AEDC for 16 years.
