U.S. Air Force Gen. Ellen M. Pawlikowski will retire from the Air Force following 40 years of service in September. As only the third female to attain the rank of 4-star general in the history of the Air Force, Pawlikowski’s career was marked by extraordinary achievements across the science and engineering domains.
