Services Mission:  The Services Branch at Arnold Engineering Development Complex contributes to the readiness of the Air Force and other Armed Forces personnel through fitness and subsistence programs; fostering unity and community cohesion; support Air Force and other Armed Forces family well being; and offering efficient customer-driven programs to improve the quality of life for the Arnold workforce and Community.

Services facilities and activities are available to ALL AEDC PERSONNEL, active-duty and retired military of all branches; National Guard and military Reserve of all branches; Department of Defense (DoD) Civilians, and others as approved by the installation commander. 

Membership remains a personal choice, however, only members are entitled to discounts and other benefits associated with Members First Plus membership.  Memberships are processed and maintained through Member Planet.  Eligible applicants may join through then once joined, maintain your account through  Your smartphone is now used to show your club card by downloading the free Member Planet app.  Those who do not own a smartphone may print a paper copy from the Member Planet website.

Arnold Lakeside Center

Arnold Lakeside Club

Arnold Lakeside Center (ALC) is a community events center overlooking Woods Reservoir located on Westover Road. Enjoy the ALC’s monthly community events such as jam night, free movie night, and trivia nights plus dining room specials and/or regular dining on Thu and Fri nights (unless otherwise advertised). There are other special events throughout the year such as Casino Night, membership nights, game nights, craft classes, and seasonal favorites. Check the monthly calendar and Arnold AFB Services Facebook page for details (links on right of this page). The Landing bar is a great place to relax, socialize, have a drink, listen to music, and play pool.  



ALC interior

The ALC offers meeting facilities and a variety of dining specialties as well as catering services. They can host special functions such as wedding receptions and parties.  The lake view makes it a popular choice and is a great backdrop for ceremonies and photographs.  The main ballroom can seat approximately 300 theater style or 150 dining setup plus, there are side rooms to accommodate smaller groups or additional breakouts for larger groups.  They can help orchestrate a week-long conference, full-day seminar or luncheon meeting equipped with video and audio capabilities..

Fitness Center

The Arnold Fitness Center is located between gate 2 and the main gate on Wattendorf Highway. The facility is equipped with basketball/volleyball court, racquetball court, exercise machines, free weights, Alpha Warrior station, men’s and women’s locker rooms, and saunas. Bicycle check out and group classes, such as yoga, interval training, and cycling are also available.  A 1.75 mile wooded trail is adjacent to the center and a quarter mile track is located behind the A&E Building just inside the main gate.  Certified staff are on hand to offer fitness assessments and personal training.  RESTRICTED ACCESS.  Patrons must have access through the Main Base Security Gate to utilize the Fitness Center.

Wingo Inn is located on the shores of Woods Reservoir. Offering visiting quarters for TDY, PCS, and Space Available travel to all Active Duty, DoD Civilians, Guard, Reserve, Retirees, and authorized contractors. Wingo Inn is a fantastic location for conferences, weddings, reunions, or other group event.  Arnold Lakeside Center and Outdoor Recreation facilities are nearby and can provide many of the resources for your event.  Looking for a weekend getaway or vacation destination?  Make Arnold AFB your spot!  Located between Nashville, Chattanooga, Huntsville AL, and other smaller cities, you will find a tremendous amount to explore.  We hope you take advantage of everything Arnold AFB and Middle Tennessee have to offer.  Sit back, relax, and enjoy “The Best in Southern Hospitality.” 

The inn offers regular rooms and suites with a few that are pet friendly.  All rooms have microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, satellite TV, DVD player, WiFi, private bathrooms, and fresh linens.  Guest facilities include community kitchen, conference room, fitness room, and laundry room.  For your convenience there is also an ice machine, sundry items from the front desk, or snacks from the vending machine.

TDY/PCS:  Reservations can be made through DTS, over the phone, or online. PCS will be made for 30 days and can be extend if needed.
Space Available: Reservations can be made over the phone or online up to 120 days in advance for no more than 14 days at a time.
Advance Payment: A credit are is required on all reservations. If a credit card is not provided the reservation will be canceled at 6 pm on the day of the arrival.

Cafe 100

Cafe 100

Café 100 is a division of Arnold Lakeside Center located on the main base in the A&E Building, Room C102, just inside the back loading dock doors. Café 100 serves Starbucks brand coffees, breakfast, salad bar, Hot Food line, grill to order, sandwiches & wraps made to order, pizza, soups, cookies, prepackaged items, fountain and bottled sodas, and more. There is free WiFi and food is available for dine in or carry out.  RESTRICTED ACCESS. Patrons must have access through the Main Base Security Gate AND entry to the A&E Building, or be accompanied by someone who does, to utilize Café 100. Any sponsored guest must check in at the Visitor’s Center.

Golf Course

Golf Course

Arnold Golf Course is Arnold Air Force Base’s military golf course, located near the end of Wattendorf Highway going toward Tullahoma, however, the course has obtained a waiver and is open for public play. The course offers 9 holes with two sets of tees, making it an 18 hole round. The course also has a full driving range, practice chipping and putting greens, and practice bunker. Our Pro Shop has golf gear, club rentals, and golf cart rentals. Our tree lined fairway makes for a beautiful, yet challenging game of golf over the 3,193 yard, par 35/36 course. Free WiFi is available inside the clubhouse for customers. Grab and go food and beverage items are available in the Pro Shop.

Outdoor Recreation

Woods Reservoir

Outdoor Recreation (ODR) is the hub for FamCamp, Crockett Cove and Dogwood Ridge cabins, Marina, Equipment Rental, RV/boat storage, pavilion rental, licenses, permits, and discounted tickets (ITT – Information, Tickets, and Travel).  The main office is located on Westover Road and is the check in point for all areas.  Patrons must have access through the Arnold Village Security Gate, or be accompanied by someone who does, to utilize ODR.  See the brochure link below for current pricing.

The FamCamp is located on the banks of Woods Reservoir with 36 RV sites (15 pull through) and 16 tent sites. RV sites are all equipped with 30 and 50 AMP 115V service. FamCamp amenities include bathhouse with shower, grills, fire rings, lantern hangers, boat launch pad, picnic and beach area, covered pavilion, washer/dryer service, and limited wet slips (by reservation), and seasonal general store.

Crockett Cove offers five rustic cabins with scenic lake view. All cabins are equipped with heat/air, mini fridge, microwave, porch swing, grill, and picnic table. A bathhouse is on site along with beach, boat dock, pavilion, and sand/grass volleyball. Cleaning supplies are provided but users must bring their own linens. The one room cabins sleep up to 4 and include a double bed, bunk bed, table and chairs. The two room cabins sleep up to 6 and include a double bed, two bunk beds, table and chairs.

Dogwood Ridge cabin

Dogwood Ridge shares the same entrance as Crockett Cove but sits up the hill on the opposite side with 4 fully equipped cabins.  These cabins are nestled near the tree line with a lake view.  All cabins have heat/air, kitchenette, bathroom, downstairs and loft bedroom, living room, dining area, double bed, 2 twin beds, and futon (fold out double bed).  Some supplies are provided but users must bring their own linens.  April-September weekend rentals require 2-night stay.

Reservation policy for overnight stays with ODR: Active Duty, Guard, or Reserve may make reservations for FamCamp, Crockett Cove, or Dogwood Ridge up to 90 days in advance.  Retired Military may reserve up to 60 days in advance.  DoD Civilians may reserve up to 30 days in advance.  All other eligible patrons may reserve up to 20 days in advance.  Check in is 2pm and check out is 10am.  Leashed and vaccinated pets are welcome at FamCamp and Crockett Cove but NOT Dogwood Ridge.  Please have current copy of shot records available upon request.  All fees are due at time of reservation.


The Marina offers rental of pontoons, fish/ski boats, jon boats (in the water or on trailer to take off base), kayaks (regular, tandem, and pedal), canoes, stand up paddle boards, and aqua tricycle. Never operated a boat? No problem! Our staff will give you the training you need.  Join us on the water of Woods Reservoir for a relaxing fun-filled adventure.

Reservation policy for Marina: Active Duty, Guard, or Reserve may make reservations with our Marina up to 7 days in advance.  All other eligible patrons may reserve up to 5 days in advance.

Pavilions are available for rent at Arnold Lakeside Beach, Crockett Cove, and Dogwood Ridge with daily fees and a cleaning deposit.  April-September must also have cabin rented to reserve Crockett Cove or Dogwood Ridge pavilions.

Equipment Rental items include tents, canopies (ranging in size from 10x10 to 40x60), tables, chairs, white arch, trailer grills (charcoal 2x4 ft or gas [propane not provided] in 2x4 ft, 2x5 ft, or 3x6 ft), box smoker, cornhole bag toss game, ladder golf game, fishing rods, ice chests, camping gear, bicycles, disc golf, inflatable screen for outdoor movies, yard equipment (weedeater, push mower, tiller, chainsaw, log splitter), and more.

Reservation policy for Pavilions, Equipment Rental, and Inflatables:

Active Duty, Guard, or Reserve may make reservations up to 90 days in advance.  Retired Military may reserve up to 60 days in advance.  DoD Civilians may reserve up to 30 days in advance.  All other eligible patrons may reserve up to 20 days in advance.

RV and boat storage are available with monthly fees. The storage yard is secure, fenced with lighting and can accommodate 35-40 ft RVs. Marina boat storage is available in covered wet or dry.

Licenses and Permits are available in a wide variety for Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) hunting and fishing plus on base hunting and wood cutting.  Visit for complete TWRA information..

Information, Tickets and Travel (ITT) has a variety of discount tickets for purchase and can assist with special orders.  Please allow for delivery time when planning your adventures as tickets are not kept in stock. Call us for more information.

NAF Employment

The Arnold Non-appropriated Funds (NAF) Human Resources Office is located in Wingo Inn, Room 206, on Westover Rd., Tullahoma, TN. Applicants interested in NAF employment will use the federal government's official employment site to register and apply. NAF Sponsorship

Interested in finding out more on the Services Sponsorship Program? Since Services programs are funded from nonappropriated funds (NAF), Services can accept commercial sponsorship to help offset budgeted expenses or to enhance the programs. In return, sponsors get recognition prior to, during, and after the event. The frequency and areas of inclusion depend on the level of sponsorship for each program. For more information, call the Services Commercial Sponsorship Coordinator at 931-454-3171.

Services Recycling is part of the Air Force’s Resource, Recovery, & Recycling Program (RRRP).  The key operation is located on main base but materials are picked up all around base, at every Services activity, and in Arnold Village housing area collection point.  They process paper, cardboard, aluminum cans, plastics 1 & 2, toner cartridges, scrap wood, and metal. For more information, to request a bin or pickup, call 931-454-6068.
