UNITE

Unite program group photo

The UNITE Program provides commanders with funding to execute programs that will benefit all members in their unit. To receive these funds, which cover food allowance and recreation funds, commanders or appointed points of contact must submit a UNITE Event Proposal Form to the Arnold AFB Community Cohesion Coordinator (C3).

Why UNITE?

It encourages camaraderie, promotes interaction, foster fun or relaxation, and reinforces team-building opportunities.

Eligibility

Air Force Active Duty, Reservists, Air National Guard, APF/NAF Civilians, and their dependents who are directly assigned to a squadron (branches and divisions). DoD Contractors can participate but cannot be included in the reimbursement.

Funding

UNITE is designed to revitalize squadrons by providing commanders with funding and options to facilitate unit cohesion. Since Arnold AFB is not divided into typical squadrons, UNITE is targeted to branch level events.

$5.00 per person – Food funds can be used in conjunction with an approved UNITE event.

$13.50 per person – Activity funds can be used toward programs that are cohesive, recreational, increase moral and fun!

*If event or food costs go over allotted funds, unit is responsible for paying the difference.
