H-3 modeling positioning system undergoing upgrade

Several elements of the MPS were replaced as part of a planned upgrade, including the control system, position absolute encoders and motors. The upgrade was scheduled for later but a failure in the 15-year-old system required earlier implementation. Changes were made to ensure AEDC's ability to meet customer test requirements.
