ARNOLD AIR FORCE BASE, Tenn. -- Arnold Air Force Base team members can soon prepare themselves for the annual return of flu season.
The Arnold AFB Medical Aid Station and the Coffee County Health Department have once again teamed to offer influenza vaccines to Arnold employees.
A vaccine drive will be held Oct. 9 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Main Auditorium on Arnold AFB.
The drive is open to all Arnold AFB personnel.
Those wishing to participate are asked to bring a copy of their insurance and photo identification. Active duty personnel and other TRICARE beneficiaries must provide their Common Access Card, or CAC, or appropriately affiliated identification card.
Contractor employees are invited to participate in accordance with company policy and supervisor approval.
All personnel are required to review the Influenza Vaccine Information Statement and provide a completed Vaccine Registration form to medical personnel at the time of vaccination.
Personnel without valid insurance wishing to be vaccinated may receive vaccination but will be billed by the Coffee County Health Department.
