Navy Cmdr. Steven Kroll, the 704th Test Systems Group deputy director, addresses those attending a dedication ceremony of the F/A-18A Hornet display aircraft at Arnold Engineering Development Center in honor of Lt. Cmdr. Frank Wittwer, who last served with VFA-97, also home based at NAS Lemoore.
